How Much Space Do I Need?
It is estimated that you will need approximately 10-12 square feet per guest. The numbers calculated below are based on the number of guests you enter in the above field. This is for guest seating only. Additional space will be needed for dance floors, buffets, staging and other items if desired.
To measure the amount of square feet you have, simply multiply the length of your area by the width in feet. Then, you can cross reference the amount of space you have with the numbers below to determine if your space is sufficient for the number of guests you are expecting.
